Michael Vitale is a Director within Wealth Services Operations responsible for Trade Management and Service Delivery Groups including Global Trade Processing, Advisor and Managed Account Network Support, The Rules Engine™, and Reporting and Confirmation of Transactions. Additionally, Mike leads our Alternative Investment Operations team. In this role, Mike drives the strategic vision of Operations by maximizing efficiencies, complying with regulatory changes, and integrating new policies or procedures to deliver a robust client experience. Prior to joining Wealth Services Operations, Mike was responsible for BNY Pershing’s Global Clearance Special Handling, and Syndicate Operations teams. Responsibilities included clearance and settlement functions, in addition to supporting client underwriting of new and secondary issue securities. Prior to joining BNY Pershing in 2001, Mike attended Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey.
